We settled in Ploërmel, Morbihan in 2012 and started work on creating a garden mixing vegetables, fruits, herbs, and edible flowers. Orginally a prairie dotted with ancient oaks, the landscape has quickly become an environmentally friendly, biodiverse, self-managing edible garden.
Abundant and beautiful and very respectful of the laws of nature. Our garden has become a true resource and place of natural gardening, it is in 2014, we created ‘Des Heures Dehors’ / ‘Some Time Outside’, a company with three principal activities:
- Garden maintenance and creating edible gardens in private and professional spaces
- Production of edible flowers, seedlings and herbs
- Setting up educational workshops around the garden and production activities
